The use of information technology is very necessary in today's era. Health authorities need to keep up with the times, along with the increasing need for information systems and technology. The need for a system cannot be avoided, because a supporting structure is needed for the success of the program and the improvement of clinical services. The NKDC Pratama Clinic service system still uses a handwritten manual, starting from registration when seeking treatment to recording personal data and medical records. For this reason, the NKDC Pratama Clinic uses the QR code method. QR code technology is a system that converts written data into two-dimensional code and prints it on more compact media. QR codes make it easy to provide information on the authenticity of a document without having to enter a code or certificate information on the document. In addition, by applying a QR code to a document and scanning it with AES using the available camera device, you can create a QR code that can set access rights to view all medical record data. Default security method for advanced encryption. The advantages of a web-based information system make it easy to obtain clinical data and information data processing and monitor the progress of each patient. By identifying and analyzing these problems, dental practices can take strategic steps to improve operations, services, and overall patient satisfaction.
