Perancangan Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Jasa Cuci Sepatu Berbasis Website Pada Flazzshoes

The rapid advancement of information technology has impacted various sectors of life, including the shoe care service industry. Flazzshoes, as a shoe cleaning service provider, faces several operational challenges due to its reliance on a manual system, such as customer queuing, difficulties in pickup and delivery services, and inefficient order data management. This study aims to design and implement a web-based information system to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of services. The software development method used is the waterfall model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment. The outcome of this research is a system that allows customers to order services online, obtain clear information about services and costs, and simplifies the payment process through the Midtrans Payment Gateway. With this system, it is expected that Flazzshoes can improve its service, reduce ordering process issues, and streamline data management and transaction reporting.
